TamaRe House provides all the vital components necessary to fulfil your Book’s marketing and promotional requirements.
Use your Marketing Tools kit to raise public awareness and interest of your Book, and ultimately, Book sales. Your Appointed Marketing and PR Agent will assist you every step of the way along your Marketing Campaign. Our Marketing Tools are designed to work in line with, and complement, our PR Campaigns.
Your Marketing Tools kit is comprised of single piece accessories including; bookmarks, postcards and business cards. It also includes a number of A3 sized posters and A6 flyers:
£55.00 – 500x Business cards (including design)
£100.00 – 5000x Bookmarks (printing only)
£80.00 – 2500x Postcards (printing only)
£75.00 – 2500x A6 Flyers (printing only)
£50.00 – 25x A3 posters (printing only)
Your Marketing Plan may also include a customised eflyer for you to send out to your personal contacts, informing them of your Book’s availability and launch details etc.
Leave a stack of complementary bookmarks at the cash register counter in bookshops of your choice, and watch the Book sales pile up. Or use the bookmarks as handouts at your next book-signing event. You can order additional quantities of your bookmarks from us; also, you can choose to update the design annually, or simply to complement a revised edition of your Book.
Postcards and Flyers
Use your postcards to distribute to your local media outlets, bookstores, record stores, and grocery stores. Mail them out to friends, family, and colleagues to notify them about your book’s recent release. You can also use them as invitations to your book signings. As with the bookmarks, you can order additional quantities of your postcards from us; also, you can choose to update the design annually, or simply to complement a revised edition of your Book.
You can distribute your business cards through your local media outlets, bookstores, record stores, and grocery stores. Talk to colleagues, business contacts, or agents about your book and leave them with your professionally designed business card to stick in their wallet or purse as a reminder. Or you can use the cards as handouts for interested readers at your next book-signing event.
Trade Notification Document
As well as our standard centralised EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system, TamaRe House can also produce a Trade Notification document and send by post to hundreds of bookshops throughout the UK. The fee is £100.00 for every 100 document we send on your behalf. These documents can be sent to popular booksellers such as Waterstones, WHSmith, Foyles, Blackwells and others. We will also send your Trade Notification to a selection of smaller local bookshops.
The document will include the front image of the book, details of the ISBN, price and point of sale, as well as information about the Author and the Book’s content.
The standard EDI system involves informing all major high street and online book sellers of your new book. By automation, each seller’s book-data system is automatically updated with your book’s details and availability. However, it is recommended that you enhance this process by sending the physical Trade Notification Document as well via post.
